Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Representative to drive B2B channel expansion by engaging with gold imitation jewellery showrooms and retailers across Hyderabad. You will represent Tanishka Jewels, educate partners about our brand, showcase product samples and catalogues, communicate commercial terms, onboard new B2B partners, take orders, and nurture ongoing relationships for sustained business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular field visits to gold imitation jewellery shops, showrooms, and retail outlets in assigned territories.

• Present and demonstrate Tanishka Jewels’ product range—including design, craftsmanship, and unique offerings—using high-quality samples and catalogues.

• Clearly explain the company’s expertise, business model, operational processes, pricing, and partnership benefits.

• Build strong relationships with store owners, managers, and decision-makers.

• Convince and onboard new retailers/B2B partners; complete necessary documentation and initial sign-up formalities.

• Take regular orders from partner shops and facilitate the order processing workflow with internal teams.

• Follow up for payments and ensure timely collections as per company policy.

• Maintain and update sales records, market feedback, and partner status reports.

• Monitor industry trends and competitors to share actionable insights for business growth.

Who You Are:

• Experience in B2B field sales, preferably in jewellery, fashion, FMCG, or related sectors.

• Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized.

• Presentable, trustworthy, and passionate about representing a premium brand.

• Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English preferred.

• Two-wheeler and willingness to travel extensively within Hyderabad.
