Job Opening: Sales Officer (SO) – Madurai/ chennai
We are hiring Sales Officers (SO) to strengthen our field sales team across Madurai locations.

📍 Job Locations (Madurai):/ chennai
Arapalayam, Palanganatham, Koodalnagar, Anupanadi, Simmakkal, TiruNagar, Tiruparangundram, Kochadai, Palamedu, Alanganallur, Samayanallur, Sellur, Vandiyur, KK Nagar, Anna Nagar, Mattuthavani, Kadachanendhal, P & T Nagar, Othakadai, K Pudur, Omachikulam, Iyer Bungalow.

🎓 Qualification
PUC / Any Graduate
💼 Experience
Fresher to 1–2 years in field sales (FMCG / Retail preferred)
🧾 Roles & Responsibilities
Achieve monthly & yearly sales targets
Strong focus on secondary sales to meet daily targets
Visit retail outlets, identify new routes and create new outlets
Merchandising of company products at stores
Ensure stock rotation at outlets
Daily reporting to ASM on closing stock & new outlets
Use Field Assist App to:
Generate daily sales reports
Share closing stock details
Update month-end stock (between 25th–30th/31st)
Enter MFG date & last invoice number

Good communication & negotiation skills
Strong market & route knowledge
Target-driven & self-motivated
Basic mobile app usage
