Required Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the interior design, architectural, construction, or building materials sector.
Knowledge of window, door, or glass wall systems is an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a client-centric approach.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities by reaching out to architects, interior designers, builders, and property owners.
Present and promote our window, door, and glass wall systems through product demonstrations, meetings, and technical consultations.
Maintain strong client relationships by offering exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
Coordinate with the production, design, and installation teams to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client communications in the CRM.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events to promote the brand.
Contribute to market intelligence and feedback to improve product offerings and customer experience.
