We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for handling both office and field work, interacting with clients, and driving property sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and handle client inquiries through calls, leads, and walk-ins
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
Arrange and conduct site visits with clients
Follow up with potential buyers and maintain relationships
Negotiate and close deals effectively
Maintain records of client interactions and sales progress
Job Role
40% Office Work (calling, follow-ups, coordination)
60% Field Work (site visits, client meetings)
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
Experience: 1 to 6 years in sales (Real Estate preferred)
Good communication and convincing skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Office location sector 40 Gurgaon
