📌 Job Description

Surya International Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Sales Executives for our Solar Sales Department. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in field sales, distribution development, and channel sales, preferably in the solar or power sector.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Generate sales through field sales activities
Develop and manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners
Drive B2B solar product sales
Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
Prepare daily sales reports and market feedback

🎯 Candidate Requirements

Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in field sales (solar / electrical / power preferred)
Strong knowledge of distribution making & channel sales
Experience in B2B sales
Good communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel extensively in assigned locations
