Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive for Rourkela , locations with experience in Electrical and Solar sales. The candidate will be responsible for distribution development, dealer/distributor network expansion, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate sales for Electrical and Solar products in the assigned territory

• Develop and appoint distributors, dealers, and retailers

• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners

• Conduct market visits to identify new business opportunities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Collect market intelligence, competitor activity, and pricing trends

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch

• Ensure timely payment collection from distributors and dealers

• Promote company products through regular field activities

Required Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 1–5 years of experience in Electrical or Solar product sales

• Strong experience in distribution network creation and management

• Knowledge of local markets in Rourkela & Jajpur

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently in the field

• Two-wheeler mandatory

Qualification:

• Graduate / Diploma (preferred)

• Technical knowledge of Electrical / Solar products will be an advantage

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
