Job Description

Eligibility:

✅ Graduate or Undergraduate

✅ 6 months – 1 year of Field Sales experience (1–6 years overall sales experience preferred)

✅ Experience in Insurance, Banking, Telecom, FMCG, Consumer Durable, Direct Sales, etc. is preferred.

✅ Good communication and convincing skills.

✅ Must own a two-wheeler with a Valid Driving Licence & RC.

✅ Must be comfortable with extensive field travel.

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and acquire customers for Star Health Insurance.

• Meet customers, explain policy benefits, and close sales.

• Conduct field marketing/BTL activities such as kiosks, local campaigns, and lead generation.

• Build customer relationships and achieve sales targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams and ensure excellent customer service.
