The Sales Executive – Loans is responsible for promoting and selling Any type of loan products to prospective customers, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires understanding customer financial needs, explaining loan features, and ensuring smooth processing of applications while maintaining compliance with company and regulatory policies.
Identify and develop new business opportunities for loan products (personal loans, home loans, business loans, etc.).
Contact potential customers through cold calls, networking, referrals, and walk-ins.
Explain loan features, interest rates, repayment terms, and eligibility criteria to customers.
Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
Coordinate with the credit and operations teams for loan approval and disbursement.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business and referrals.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall branch/business growth.
Keep updated on market trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes.
Ensure adherence to company policies and RBI guidelines in all loan transactions.
Proven experience in loan sales, banking, or financial services.
