We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Female Sales Executive to promote and sell aggregate stone materials used in civil construction projects. The role involves identifying potential clients, building long-term relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective fieldwork and client coordination.
Promote and sell aggregate stone (20mm, 40mm, dust, etc.) to builders, contractors, developers, and construction companies.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the civil and infrastructure sector.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Visit construction sites and offices to understand material needs and offer solutions.
Maintain regular follow-up with clients and ensure timely order execution and delivery.
Resolve customer queries related to pricing, delivery, and quality.
Coordinate with the logistics/dispatch team to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
Prepare daily/weekly visit reports and update management with market feedback.
Monitor competitors’ activities and suggest pricing strategies.
Assist in preparing quotations, proforma invoices, and sales agreements.
Follow up with clients for payments and outstanding dues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of basic construction materials and site requirements
Willingness to travel to project sites and field visits
Self-motivated with a goal-driven attitude
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Experience in building materials, cement, or construction aggregates sales is a plus.
Understanding of local construction market trends and client base.
