Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through calls, site visits, and references
Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options
Conduct property site visits and client meetings
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Negotiate and close sales deals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, marketing, operations)
Maintain records of leads and sales activities in CRM
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good negotiation and convincing ability
Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of real estate market (preferred)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline
Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of sales experience can apply
