Job Overview

We are looking for a high-performing and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Jaipur. In this role, you will lead our direct-to-consumer (B2C) sales efforts, driving solar adoption across residential properties. You will handle end-to-end consumer sales—from initial consultation and site evaluations to closing deals and facilitating seamless onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• B2C Lead Generation & Conversion: Drive direct residential sales by meeting prospective homeowners, conducting on-site presentations, and converting qualified leads into closed sales.

• Consultative Selling: Understand residential customer energy needs, explain technical benefits (net-metering, ROI, government subsidies like PM Surya Ghar Yojana), and present customized solar solutions.

• Pipeline Management: Manage the complete sales lifecycle, maintain a healthy conversion funnel, and update daily pipeline progress in tracking tools/CRM.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with the site survey and project coordination teams to ensure technical feasibility, accurate quota generation, and smooth document collection.

• Market Expansion: Identify potential residential clusters, colonies, and local networks in and around Jaipur to build a strong local referral base.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in direct B2C Sales (Solar EPC, Consumer Durables, Real Estate, Insurance, or High-Value Consumer Products).

• Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Jaipur with strong knowledge of the local geography and consumer market.

• Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in residential rooftop solar sales and familiarity with local Discom net-metering processes is a strong plus.

• Skills:

• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Strong field sales mindset with a high degree of self-motivation.

• Fluent in Hindi; working knowledge of English.

• Must possess a personal vehicle for local client visits and site meetings.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
