Sales Executive

Job Description

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and lead generation activities.

• Meet prospective customers and understand their requirements.

• Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and product presentations.

• Promote and sell company products and services to potential customers.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up for order confirmation.

• Negotiate pricing and payment terms within company guidelines.

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer support.

• Collect customer documents and ensure proper record maintenance.

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS.

• Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.

• Follow company policies, procedures, and SOPs.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate sales records, customer database, and MIS reports.

• Submit regular sales activity and performance reports.

Coordination & Compliance

• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation requirements.
