The Test Drive Executive for Two Wheelers is responsible for facilitating test rides for potential customers, ensuring a smooth and safe test drive experience. The role involves explaining vehicle features, promoting the product’s benefits, and assisting the sales team in converting test rides into sales. A customer-oriented approach and thorough knowledge of the products are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them with scheduling and conducting test rides.

• Explain the specifications, features, and benefits of different two-wheeler models.

• Ensure proper documentation is collected from customers before the test ride (e.g., driving license).

• Conduct pre-ride checks for vehicle safety and cleanliness.

• Accompany customers during test rides if required.

• Record customer feedback and share insights with the sales and marketing team.

• Maintain a log of all test rides and vehicle condition.

• Coordinate with the service team for regular maintenance and readiness of test drive units.

• Promote safety guidelines and ensure compliance with road rules during test rides.

• Assist the sales team in follow-up calls and post-test ride engagement.
