We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client inquiries, coordinating property visits, building relationships with clients and brokers, and closing property deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through calls, online platforms, and broker networks.
Handle client inquiries and understand their property requirements.
Arrange and coordinate property visits with clients.
Explain property details, pricing, and payment plans to clients.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and property brokers.
Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into sales.
Negotiate deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
Requirements:
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets.
Previous experience in real estate sales will be preferred.
