We are looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to develop and manage relationships with business clients. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers
Understand client requirements and propose suitable products or services
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience in B2B sales or corporate sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build long-term client relationships
Target-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
Willingness to travel for client meetings (if required)
Experience in IT / Software / Services / Manufacturing B2B sales (as applicable)
Knowledge of lead generation and sales funnels
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
