Sales Executive

About the Role

Siddhi Filter Media is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell industrial filtration products to manufacturing industries across various sectors.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting industrial clients, generating new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify and approach potential industrial customers.

• Generate new business opportunities through field visits and networking.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Sales & Client Meetings

• Conduct regular client visits and product presentations.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable filtration solutions.

• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and close sales deals.

Market Survey & Lead Generation

• Explore industrial areas and identify new prospects.

• Collect market intelligence regarding competitors and industry trends.

• Generate and maintain a pipeline of qualified sales leads.

Follow-up & Customer Support

• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.

• Coordinate with the internal sales and operations team for order execution.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain daily visit reports and sales activity records.

• Update lead status and customer information in CRM/MS Excel.

• Submit weekly and monthly sales reports to management.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Diploma/Engineering background preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Industrial Sales, B2B Sales, or Marketing.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to travel may also apply.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
