We are looking for a dynamic B2B Sales Executive who is passionate about industrial/pharma sales and building long-term client relationships.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Drive B2B sales across pharma, biotech, and engineering industries
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
Build, manage, and strengthen long-term client relationships
Attend industry exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates
Coordinate closely with technical, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
🎯 Requirements & Skills
Mandatory: Proven experience in B2B sales (industrial/pharma preferred)
Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
Telugu proficiency is an added advantage (South Indian candidates preferred)
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Hands-on experience with CRM systems and MS Office
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with fieldwork
