Tamil Language Proficiency is COMPULSORY.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Co-ordinator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting sales activities, developing new client opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and contributing towards achieving business and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new client and business opportunities.

• Communicate with clients regularly and maintain strong professional relationships.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products/services.

• Coordinate with the sales and internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery.

• Follow up with potential and existing clients to generate business.

• Prepare quotations and coordinate with clients regarding pricing, orders, and requirements.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

• Monitor market and competitor activities and share relevant updates with management.

• Follow up on leads and support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.

• Handle customer queries professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• 12th Pass or Above.

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales Co-ordination / Sales / Business Development.

• Tamil language proficiency is mandatory.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.

• Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude.

• Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and sales documentation.

• Target-oriented and willing to take responsibility for business growth.
