We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team Apollo Pharmacy. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of Rs.18,000-Rs.24,000 and attractive incentives up to Rs.20,000 per month.
Key Responsibilities:
In-Store Sales(Aphollo Pharmacy)
Engage with pharmacy customers to pitch suitable credit card offerings.
Explain card features, eligibility, benefits, and usage.
Collect and verify customer documents as per KYC norms.
Ensure daily visibility of promotional materials and campaign branding.
Field Sales
Visit residential areas, corporate offices, local businesses, and other pharmacies to pitch credit cards.
Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and footfall engagement.
Follow up on potential leads and close sales within TAT.
Operational
Maintain accurate daily records of interactions, applications, and conversions.
Coordinate with internal processing teams for application approvals and customer onboarding.
Ensure compliance with banking and regulatory guidelines during sales and documentation.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is minimum 12th pass and graduate preferred and experience of 6 months-2years in credit card or financial product sales. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of financial products and KYC norms.
