Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell banking products and services to customers.

• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Conduct field visits to acquire new customers and onboard them onto the bank’s platform.

• Meet sales targets as assigned by the team leader or manager.

• Maintain records of daily sales activities and customer interactions.

• Educate customers about bank offerings and assist in completing account opening formalities.

Candidate Requirements:

• 6months–2 years of experience in sales or a similar field preferred.

• Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills can also apply.

• Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.

• Good knowledge of local areas in Bangalore is a plus.

• Willingness to work in the field and meet new customers daily.

• Basic knowledge of digital banking will be an advantage.
