Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Associate to join our Educational Sales team. The role focuses on promoting and selling educational products/services such as courses, training programs, schools, colleges, and institutions. The ideal candidate should be passionate about education, confident in communication, and driven to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
• Promote and sell educational programs, or solutions to prospective institutions.
• Generate leads through calls, emails, walk-ins, referrals, and digital platforms.
• Counsel students/parents about suitable courses and career paths.
• Conduct product presentations and demos (online/offline).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and partners.
• Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into enrollments.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM of leads, follow-ups, and closures.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Participate in education fairs, seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
• Collect market feedback and share insights with the management team.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Marketing, or Business preferred).
• 0–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in education, training, or ed-tech.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Customer-focused with a positive and energetic attitude.
• Comfortable with targets and performance-based roles.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
