Key Accountabilities:
The primary responsibility of this role is to drive the sales of travel insurance products through agency partnerships and grow the business. This role requires understanding of travel insurance products, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to grow and manage an agency sales network, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain knowledge of industry trends and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Agency channel management- Recruiting, screening, and training new agents.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by supporting and motivating agencies to promote and sell travel insurance products.
Sales Strategy Execution: Implement promotional sales strategies and incentives to drive agency engagement and increase sales.
Analyzing performance and drawing up action plans.
Establishing strong relationships with staff and clients.
Researching current industry/market trends and using knowledge for business improvement.
Travel Insurance Market Trends: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting travel insurance to advise agencies effectively.
Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from agency partners and clients to identify areas for product improvement or new offerings.
