Job Description

Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell SBI Credit Cards through field sales activities.

  • Approach potential customers in open market areas, corporate offices, residential societies, malls, etc.

  • Explain SBI Card features, benefits, offers, and eligibility criteria clearly to customers.

  • Collect and verify customer documents (KYC) as per company guidelines.

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and applications.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Follow company policies, compliance, and ethical sales practices.

  • Coordinate with the backend team for application processing and approvals.
