Achieving Yearly Sales Targets for the region - Helping the team to secure new orders with better profit margins. Maintaining a good rappot with all major customers in the zone.

Processing the orders for manufacturing - Coordinating with all the dept in smooth processing of secured jobs to factory for manufacturing

Delegation of work - Properly allocating targets to each individual team member thereby utilizing the resources effectively

Devising sales strategies - Preparing SWOT analysis of competitors to find the right way to secure the project

Market analysis - Prepare analysis on company’s performance against competitors and identifying areas of improvement
