We are hiring a Solar Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients in the field, explaining solar products, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Field visits to meet customers and promote solar products/services.
Explain solar panels, installation process, pricing, subsidy, and benefits.
Generate leads through field surveys, calls, and referrals.
Maintain follow-ups with clients and convert leads into sales.
Coordinate with the technical/installation team for site visits.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Prepare daily field visit & sales reports.
Required Skills:
Good communication & convincing skills.
Knowledge of basic solar products (training will be provided).
Comfortable with field work and travel.
Ability to build customer relationships.
Qualification:
12th Pass / Graduate
Experience in solar sales preferred
Job Type:

Salary: 15000 to 50000 + Incentive
