Job Responsibilities

• Visit properties and assigned locations for sales and business development activities.

• Meet potential customers and understand their accommodation/property requirements.

• Coordinate with incoming leads and regularly follow up with interested customers.

• E-xplain property details, pricing, facilities, location and other relevant information to customers.

• Arrange and conduct property visits/site visits for interested clients.

• Follow up with clients after property visits and assist them throughout the decision-making process.

• Convert qualified leads into bookings/confirmed customers.

• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, property visits and conversions.

• Coordinate with the internal sales/operations team for smooth customer handling.

• Generate new leads through field visits, local networking and other offline sales activities.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

• Provide regular updates to the reporting manager regarding daily activities and sales performance.

Candidate Requirements

• 0–6 months of experience in sales, field sales, real estate, property sales, hospitality or a related field.

• Freshers with good communication and sales skills can apply.

• Bike and valid driving licence are mandatory.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable with field work and daily client/property visits.

• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

• Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales goals.

• Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and calling applications.

• Candidates who are energetic, confident and comfortable interacting with customers are preferred.
