Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Fresher Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting clients, generating leads, promoting company products/services, and supporting business growth. This role is ideal for freshers who want to start their career in sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Visit potential customers and explain company products/services
Generate new leads through field visits and market research
Maintain daily visit reports and sales records
Build and maintain good relationships with customers
Achieve assigned sales targets on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
Collect customer feedback and share it with the team
Coordinate with the office sales team for follow-ups
Represent the company professionally in the market

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (any stream)

Willingness to travel and work in the field
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing is a plus
