Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers and channel partners.
Conduct product demos, presentations, and support marketing activities.
Collect market insights on competitors and product trends.
Report daily sales activities and coordinate with the sales team.
Must have a bike and smartphone.
Graduate in Agriculture/Engineering/Business (preferred).
1–3 years’ experience in tractor/backhoe loader sales.
Good knowledge of tractors, backhoe loaders, and their applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and result-oriented approach.
Willing to travel within assigned districts.
