Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executives to join our growing team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving our business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, negotiating deals, and achieving organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and leveraging the existing customer base.
Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
Arrange and attend meetings with prospective clients to understand their requirements and address their concerns.
Prepare and present sales reports, including performance metrics and financial data.
Visit customers for product demonstrations and sales discussions.
Negotiate and close deals while addressing customer complaints and objections professionally.
Collaborate with team members to maximize results and achieve targets.
Collect and share customer feedback to improve products, services, and internal processes.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a related role; experience in the IT hardware industry is an advantage.
Skills:
Proficiency in English and the local language; knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
Familiarity with MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
Strong understanding of marketing strategies and negotiation techniques.
Ability to deliver compelling presentations.
