Job Overview

Rupeeland Mart is looking for a customer-oriented and enthusiastic Sales Executive to support store sales, assist customers, maintain product displays, and ensure a positive shopping experience. The candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in retail sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their shopping requirements.

• Assist customers in selecting suitable products.

• Explain product features, pricing, offers, and availability.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

• Maintain attractive product displays and store presentation.

• Ensure proper product arrangement and stock availability.

• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

• Coordinate with the store team for smooth operations.

• Follow company policies, SOPs, and customer service standards.

Required Skills

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Retail sales experience and product knowledge.

• Target-oriented and positive attitude.

• Ability to convince customers and recommend products.

• Teamwork and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems preferred.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales is mandatory.

• Experience in retail stores, supermarkets, or departmental stores preferred.

• +2 qualification minimum; graduation preferred.

• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
