Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join Rudra Developers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of Sanitary Ware, Tiles, Pipes, Fittings, and Plumbing Products, expanding our dealer and distributor network, and building long-term relationships with customers. If you are passionate about field sales and enjoy achieving targets, we'd love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit dealers, retailers, hardware stores, sanitary ware shops, and construction sites to promote company products.

• Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.

• Appoint and develop new dealers and distributors in the assigned territory.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

• Present product features, pricing, and promotional offers to customers.

• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and orders to ensure timely closures.

• Submit daily visit reports, sales updates, and market feedback to the management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).

• 1–5 years of experience in Field Sales, preferably in Sanitary Ware, Tiles, Pipes, Fittings, Plumbing Products, or Building Materials.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.

• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency for reporting and communication.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned sales territory.

• Valid two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle will be preferred.
