· Business Development: Identify and approach potential customers, distributors, and OEMs to expand market reach and achieve business objectives.
· Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients by providing technical support, product information, and timely communication.
· Lead Generation & Conversion: Generate leads through industrial networks, exhibitions, online platforms, and referrals; follow up effectively to convert leads into business.
· Sales Support: Coordinate with internal sales and technical teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
· Product Promotion: Plan and execute marketing activities, product presentations, seminars, and promotional campaigns to enhance product visibility.
· Content & Communication: Create marketing materials such as brochures, social media posts, product data sheets, and email campaigns highlighting product benefits and applications.

Skills and Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
· Proven experience in Sales and Marketing within the Chemical or Industrial Products sector.
· Strong understanding of B2B sales, technical product marketing, and industrial applications.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing platforms.
· Ability to work independently, travel for client visits, and meet business targets.
