Position: Sales Executive / Sales Representative
Location: Bengaluru
Salary: 25 k plus + Performance Incentive
Products:
• Robotic Vacuum ckeaners and relevant categories.
Role Objective:
Responsible for field sales, lead generation, customer follow-up, dealer development and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new leads through field visits and customer interactions
• Visit dealers, distributors, apartments, institutions and retail outlets
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
• Follow-up quotations and customer enquiries
• Coordinate with installation/service team for customer closure
• Maintain daily sales activity and reporting
• Support business expansion activities
• Build strong customer and dealer relationships
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
• Coordinate collections and payment follow-up
Daily Activities:
• Minimum 20 customer calls
• Minimum 5 field visits
• Minimum 2 product demonstrations
• Daily lead update and reporting
• Follow-up pending enquiries and closures
Skills Required:
• Good communication skills
• Basic sales and negotiation capability
• Field marketing interest
• Ability to travel locally
• Basic mobile and WhatsApp reporting knowledge
Preferred:
• Experience in appliance/electronics/industrial product sales preferred
• Freshers with strong communication can also apply
Incentive Structure:
• Performance-based incentive up to ₹7,000/month
