Sales Executive

Rohini Floors is a fast-growing real estate company based in Rohini, Delhi, specializing in residential builder floors and property solutions. We are looking for a motivated, confident, and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about sales, customer interaction, and building a long-term career in the real estate sector.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for handling property-related inquiries, understanding customer requirements, and offering suitable property options. The candidate will interact with potential buyers through calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings, explain property details such as location, price, layout, amenities, registry process, and payment structure, and guide clients throughout the buying journey.

A major part of the role includes arranging and coordinating site visits for interested customers, answering their questions during visits, and building trust by providing accurate and transparent information. The Sales Executive will be expected to regularly follow up with leads, maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, and work towards closing property deals successfully.
