Job Description

We are looking for a JDSS / Lead Delivery Executive to manage customer leads and ensure timely service delivery. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, coordinating with field teams, and delivering Jio services to customers efficiently.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Generate and manage customer leads through different channels

Ensure lead acceptance and timely lead delivery to customers

Coordinate with field sales agents for installation and activation

Visit customers and close leads within assigned area

Ensure proper documentation and KYC compliance

Maintain daily reports of leads, conversions, and pending cases

Provide excellent customer experience and resolve queries

Achieve daily/weekly targets for activation and sales
