Key Responsibilities:
Negotiate with brokers and clients to secure the best possible deals.
Conduct thorough due diligence including legal, financial, and technical checks.
Maintain and expand a network of brokers and industry contacts.
Analyze market trends, property values, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
Prepare reports and updates on sourcing activities and pipeline for management review.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to align sourcing efforts with project goals.
Resolve issues related to property documentation or negotiation hurdles.
Requirements:
4–6 years of experience in real estate sourcing/purchasing.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of property documentation and legal compliance.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
Hands-on approach and ability to work independently.
Benefits:
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000
