Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Solar Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in solar sales and B2C sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, explaining solar solutions, and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage B2C leads for residential solar projects.
Meet potential customers and understand their solar requirements.
Explain solar products, benefits, pricing, and ROI to customers.
Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical team when required.
Prepare quotations and follow up with prospective customers.
Convert leads into successful sales and achieve monthly targets.
Maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
Keep track of market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in Solar Sales/B2C Sales.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
Basic knowledge of residential solar systems is preferred.
Candidates with proven B2C field-sales experience will be preferred.
