Job Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate
Location: Sector 10, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience & performance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively manage and follow up on leads generated through various sources (online/offline).

• Conduct site visits and property tours with prospective buyers.

• Provide detailed information about available properties and address client queries.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.

• Negotiate deals and assist in the closure of property transactions.

• Maintain records of client interactions, leads, and sales using CRM tools or Excel.

• Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and new project launches.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales or a related field (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Local area knowledge of Navi Mumbai, especially Kharghar and nearby areas.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Two-wheeler with a valid license is preferred (for site visits).
