Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities for disposable items in assigned markets.

• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by management.

• Identify potential customers through cold calls, field visits, exhibitions, and digital platforms.

• Prepare and present sales quotations, proposals, and product demonstrations.

• Coordinate with the logistics/dispatch team to ensure timely delivery to clients.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and payment follow-ups.

• Attend trade shows, events, or exhibitions to promote products.

• Provide feedback to management on product performance and customer requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in Sales/Marketing.

• 1–3 years of sales experience in FMCG, packaging, or disposable products industry.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop client relationships.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.

• Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Number of new client acquisitions.

• Customer satisfaction and retention rate.

• Timely collection of payments.

• Market penetration and brand visibility.
