Field Sales & Marketing Executive – Electrical Home Appliances

Location:

Local market / Field work (Street & Retail level)

Job Type:

Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

Visit street markets, shops, dealers, and distributors to promote electrical home appliances (fans, coolers, heaters, etc.)
Actively market products on the ground by meeting retailers and potential customers
Generate new sales leads and convert them into orders
Take regular orders from shops and follow up for repeat business
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, retailers, and wholesalers
Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly to customers
Collect market feedback, competitor pricing, and customer requirements
Ensure proper product visibility in shops
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Coordinate with office/team for order processing and stock updates

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 10th / 12th pass (Graduation preferred)
Experience in field sales / marketing (Electrical)
Strong communication & convincing skills
Ability to work on the streets and in markets daily
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Two-wheeler preferred
