KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Developing and managing an efficient distribution network in order to drive growth in sales.
● Making contact, regularly visiting clients, creating customers for channel sales, getting their feedback,
understanding their problems, and preparing solutions accordingly.
● Enhancing and maintaining better client relationships.
● Clicking orders by presenting products, highlighting their features and benefits, etc to the customers.
● Ensuring payment compliance of customers through regular follow-up and contact.
● Informing the customers about the various schemes and offers of the company, reminding and
encouraging them to achieve scheme targets by presenting final discounts and prices.
● Coming up with ideas and suggestions in order to increase the brand presence in the market.
● Being aware of market trends and competitor schemes and prices, informing the senior team members
about the same, preparing counter-measures accordingly.
Required Candidate profile
● We are looking for smart and enthusiastic candidates who are, more than anything else, loyal to the
company.
● The candidates must be willing to work hard with the existing members to aid in the Sales and
Marketing efforts of the company in their assigned regions.
● Candidates with Prior Work Experience in the Fast-Moving Electrical Goods (FMEG) Industry shall be
given preference.
