Job Description

We are hiring Open Market Sales Executives for RBL Bank Credit Cards. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads and selling credit cards through open market activities like field sales, corporate visits, and customer referrals.

Key Responsibilities

Sell RBL Bank Credit Cards in open market field sales.
Generate leads through:
- Corporate visits
- Local market activities
- Cold calling & referrals
- Mall / event / kiosk activity
Explain credit card features, benefits, and eligibility to customers.
Collect customer documents and ensure proper form filling.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain customer follow-up until card approval.
Coordinate with internal team for login and verification process.
