🛠 Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell school textbooks, reference books, digital learning products, and academic solutions to schools, bookstores, and distributors.Visit schools regularly to meet Principals, Teachers, and School Management for product presentations.Build and maintain strong relationships with school authorities and channel partners.Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets and ensure market penetration.Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and teachers training sessions.Manage distribution network, orders, payments, and collections.Gather feedback from schools and provide market insights to the product team.Maintain daily sales reports, client visit records, and pipeline management.Participate in exhibitions, book fairs, and promotional events.---📍 Skills & CompetenciesExcellent communication, negotiation & convincing skillsStrong relationship-building abilitySelf-motivated, target-oriented & result-drivenGood presentation skills and ability to speak with educatorsBasic MS Office / CRM knowledgeWillingness to travel extensively---🎯 Preferred BackgroundExperience in K-12 publishing, educational books, stationery, or ed-tech solutionsExposure to school & institutional sales
