Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to drive sales and build strong customer relationships in the Pimpri-Chinchwad region. The ideal candidate will actively engage with customers, understand their requirements, and promote our products/services effectively to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers in the Pimpri-Chinchwad area.
Promote and sell company products/services to meet or exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Conduct regular field visits and maintain an updated record of customer interactions.
Provide product information, demonstrations, and resolve customer queries effectively.
Gather market intelligence and report on competitor activities.
Coordinate with the sales team and management for timely order processing and follow-ups.
Ensure timely collection of payments as per company policy.
Requirements:
Proven experience in field sales or a similar role is preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of the Pimpri-Chinchwad market is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
Basic understanding of MS Office and sales reporting.
