Job Title: Field Sales Executive – FMCG
Location: Gandhinagar
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Visit potential customers in assigned territory to generate leads and inquiries.
Promote FMCG products and ensure proper product placement, display, and visibility.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
Ensure market coverage, route planning, and regular field visits.
Collect orders, follow-up on payments & ensure timely delivery coordination.
Meet sales targets through field visits, client meetings, and follow-ups.
Explain product pricing, and benefits to customers.
Maintain daily sales report and share updates with the manager.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
Skills & Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in FMCG field sales preferred (not mandatory).
Strong negotiation and convincing ability.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Willing to travel for field visits.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, WhatsApp).
