Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sales: Proactively source new business through open markets, networking, and cold calling.
Client Consultation: Meet with prospective clients to understand financial needs, explain loan products, terms, and eligibility.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for loan products.
Documentation & Compliance: Collect, verify, and process necessary documents for loan sanctioning and disbursement, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations.
Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients for referrals and repeat business.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on interest rates, competitor offerings, and market trends
