Position: Real Estate Sales Executive

Salary: ₹25,000 Attractive Incentives

Qualification: Any Graduate

Job Responsibilities:

• Present purchase offers to sellers & handle negotiations.

• Act as an intermediary between buyers, sellers & leasers.

• Accompany clients for site visits and explain property value.

• Generate leads through calling, networking & field visits.

• Coordinate property showings & manage appointments.

• Contact property owners to acquire sales listings.

• Handle residential & commercial properties in West Ahmedabad.

• Manage CRM entries & follow-ups effectively.

• Strong communication & convincing ability

• Real estate market knowledge

• Lead generation & negotiation skills

• CRM & basic computer proficiency

• Complaint handling & customer coordination

• Ability to build good repo & long-term client relationships

• High energy, self-driven & go-getter attitude

• Own vehicle is a must
