Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition, generate leads, maintain client relationships, and support overall sales growth. The ideal candidate should be energetic, persuasive, and confident, with strong communication and selling skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition

• Identify, connect, and acquire new clients to increase business

• Generate leads through various channels (calls, meetings, events, referrals)

2. Market Research

• Study market trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities

• Stay updated on industry developments to improve sales effectiveness

3. Sales Strategy Execution

• Implement sales plans and strategies to meet monthly targets

• Follow structured action plans to achieve sales objectives

4. Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

• Ensure customer satisfaction and promote long-term business

5. Competitor Analysis

• Track competitor activities and offerings

• Adjust sales approach based on market insights

6. Event & Lead Generation Activities

• Participate in and organize promotional events and activities

• Coordinate with the marketing team to support brand-building initiatives

7. Coordination with Marketing Team

• Work closely with marketing to align sales goals with campaigns

• Support lead-generation and brand visibility efforts
