We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves meeting potential clients, promoting products/services, achieving sales targets, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and willing to travel for business growth.
Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
Conduct client visits and product presentations.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective field activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Gather market insights, competitor updates, and customer feedback.
Maintain sales records and provide timely reports to management.
Coordinate with the internal sales/operations team for smooth execution.
Proven experience in field sales or a related role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Willingness to travel frequently within assigned areas.
Qualification: Graduate (preferred) / 12th pass with relevant sales experience.
