Position - Field Sales Executive

JOB ROLE – STRICT FIELD-BASED DUTIES:

This is a 100% on-ground field job. No hybrid. No desk job.

Primary Responsibilities:

● Daily visits to villages & semi-urban areas

● Onboarding homes/shops for LED frame installations

● Collecting onboarding fee (₹5,999)

● Installation coordination

● Achieving weekly/monthly targets Weekly Workflow (Mandatory):

● Mon–Thu: Field Visit + Lead Generation

● Fri: Sales Closing Day (Target 5–10 Closings)

● Sat: Weekly Off only if targets achieved

● Sun: Weekly Off for all

Reporting Requirements:

● Morning & evening meetings

● Daily GPS-verified reporting

● Lead submission & photos

● Strict compliance with company SOP

MANDATORY CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

● Education: 10th/12th/Graduate

● Strong communication in the local language

● Knowledge of local area/villages

● Own smartphone

● Comfortable with field sales

● Must join immediately
